Daily rent for Main House w/ a 3 day minium is $500.00

No daily rental.

Corporate Usage, Meetings, Events, or Parties Payment Policy:

Daily rent is $1,000.00 for the main house only.  Granny flat may be rented in addition for a total cost of $1,500.00 per day.

When making your reservation, we will send you a rental agreement which you will sign and return along with your reservation deposit, which is 1/2 of the rent.  Then 5 business days prior to your arrival, you pay the balance  which is the other half of the rent, a 10% occupancy fee, a $100.00 cleaning fee for the main house and a $50.00 cleaning fee for the granny flat, plus a refundable $500.00 security deposit.  Pet deposits are extra.  You may pay with cash, a personal check, or a credit card but never a cashier's check or money order.

You must be over 21 to rent from us.  Not your friend, not your cousin but you, whose name is on the rental agreement.  Also, no underage drinking is allowed on the property. 

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify owner as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded, if more than 30 days from reservation date. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of owner.
