Daily rent for Main House w/ a 3 day minium is $750.00.

Weekly rent for Main House (6 Or 7 Days) is $2,800.00. 

Monthly rent for Main House is $8,200,00.

Daily rent for Main House + Granny Flat w/ a 3 day minimum is $1,000.00.

Weekly rent for Main House + Granny flat is $3,800.00. 

Monthly rent for Main House + Granny Flat is $11,000.00. 

Christmas and Thanksgiving weeks are $3,500.00 for the Main House, or $4,500 for Main House + Granny Flat.

Weeks begin on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and end on the following Saturday at 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise discussed with owner.

No Daily or Weekly rental of Granny Flat at all.  Must be rented with Main House.

Corporate Usage, Meetings, Events, or Parties Payment Policy:

Single Day Usage - Rent is $1,000.00 for the main house only.  Granny flat may be rented in addition for a total cost of $1,500.00 per day.

When making your reservation, we will send you a rental agreement which you will sign and return along with your reservation deposit, which is 1/2 of the rent.  Then at least 5 business days prior to your arrival, you pay the balance  which is the other half of the rent, a 10% occupancy fee, a $150.00 cleaning fee for the main house and a $50.00 cleaning fee for the granny flat, plus a refundable $500.00 security deposit.  Pet deposits are extra.  You may pay with cash, a personal check, or a credit card but not a cashier's check or money order.

* Note - Person checks must be received no later than 21 days in advance of stay

You must be over 21 to rent from us.  Not your friend, not your cousin but you, whose name is on the rental agreement.  Also, no drugs or underage drinking is allowed on the property. 

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify owner as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded, if more than 30 days from reservation date. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of owner.
