We have a gorgeous 7 year old replica Victorian Mansion in Carlsbad, California located across the street from the Buena Vista Lagoon, and about a mile away from the beach.  There are four beautifully furnished bedrooms, two full and one 1/2 bathrooms, a family room, a living room, a couple of game areas, a bar, and a huge state of the art kitchen with a breakfast bar and a 100 year old oak table that seats 12.  Through the walkway off the French kitchen doors, there is a one bedroom granny flat that has its own bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and back door with stairs leading down into the back yard.  The flat can easily sleep 7 while the main house can sleep up to 19 people! 

This home is very private, while being centrally located at the same time.  There are several restaurants that you could even walk to!  Carlsbad has miles of great beaches, lots of local attractions, world class resorts, all the shopping you could ask for (even a mall within walking distance), fantastic restaurants, a very fun night life, all you need for an absolutely amazing vacation!  Only 30 minutes north of downtown San Diego, 90 minutes south of Los Angeles, and 1 hour from either the mountains or the desert... you could not ask for a more perfect location.
